Mary Kearns
School Counselor
mkearns@sjvop.org
Mrs. Kearns joined the wonderful faculty at Saint John Vianney school as a school counselor. I received my bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst University and my master’s degree from Saint Bonaventure University. I serve all students at SJV school Pre-k-8th grade. As a school counselor I strive to serve as a guide, a role model, an advisor, a supporter, and a reliable source of stability for students, parents and teachers. It is my goal to work and do everything to support the student’s pursuit of academic, social and career success. My goal is to identify students’ challenges, guide them in discovering them, and equip them with strategies and the ability to know how and when to use them. I love being able to work at SJV where I can help people every day. I like when I get to see students grow and achieve their goals.
